Google Maps street view captures all kinds of interesting things going on around the world – whether it’s people going about their daily lives or ghostly figures lurking in weird places.

Now a couple have been caught unaware doing something rather strange on the beach – and people cannot figure out what’s going on.

Eagle-eyed Google Maps users have spotted the couple relaxing on a beach where they appear to be smooching, but something odd appears to be going on.

The woman, wearing a grey t-shirt and sunglasses is looking to her partner’s eyes in what seems is a loving way, but in the snap it appears they share limbs as her leg and his arm conjoin – and the man is also missing a torso.

Nearby, a pair of legs without a body can be seen. Very odd.

Google Street View snaps pics of different places which are then stitched together to create a 360 degree picture of the world that we can click to explore.

Sometimes these panoramic views can be disrupted by moving objects – which can make images look strange.

This isn’t the first time something weird has been spotted on Google Maps.

Recently, a spooky ‘mutant girl’ was seen walking through the streets of Split in Croatia.

Bizarrely, in an up-close image of two girls walking side by side, one appears to have a third leg and a third limb with toes can be seen sticking out from the shorts of the girl next to her.

A ghostly girl was also spotted peering out from behind a tree in a cemetery, with a hooded figure seen lurking in the background.

Uploaded to Youtube by The Hidden Underbelly 2.0 the post reads: “The first spirit is of a child peeking out from a tree and this is an clear image so we can see that this entity is greyish in appearance”. Weird.
