A FOSTER mum accused of sexually assaulting and torturing children in her care has been on the run for six years after one of her victims spoke out.

The “evil” woman was said to have put numerous children through horrendous torment including forcing them to soil themselves, eat dog and be beaten and raped by kitchen utensils.

But she wasn’t known to the police 2013 when one brave 14-year-old girl escaped the house revealed her story about her legal guardian.

The young girl said she had been a victim to horrendous torture and sexual abuse at the hands of her foster mum and her two accomplices – a woman, 30 and her partner, 28, who were previous foster children.

Described as “manipulative and cruel”, the judge was told that the foster mum, who can’t be named for Australian legal reasons, had abused her co-offenders in early childhood and continued to hold power over them.

The girl was forced to eat “Chum sandwiches”, have eggs thrown at her, be sexually degraded, drink Tabasco and swallow oysters.

They beat her behind with a wooden spoon and then raped her with it at her home in Victoria, Australia.

Her assailants were arrested, but despite their hideous crimes, the couple walked out of court free on the basis that they too had endured physical and sexual assaults from young ages.

They were told that they had to complete 80-100 hours of community work.

The 28-year-old abuser said that he had been completely under control by his foster mum, who would watch the sexual assaults take place.
